Terms of Service
Terms that govern use of this website and engagements for our Chilean link building services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of link-building-chile.com (the "Site") and, where relevant, to service engagements with us. By using the Site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
Last updated: 13 September 2026.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated in connection with our Chilean link building agency services. Contact: fabi@site-media.co.uk. Address: Av. Nueva Providencia 2155, Oficina 604, Providencia, Santiago, Región Metropolitana, Chile.
2. Website use
You may browse the Site for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it in a way that harms performance, misrepresent your identity in forms, or use the Site to send spam or malware.
Content on the Site is for general information. It is not legal, financial, or guaranteed SEO advice. Rankings and traffic depend on many factors outside our control.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting a contact form or email does not create a service contract. Any paid engagement starts only when both parties agree commercial terms in writing (email is sufficient), including scope, volume, pricing, and timelines.
Sample prospect lists are illustrative of available inventory at the time they are prepared. Publishers can change policies, pricing, or availability.
4. Services
Unless a statement of work says otherwise, our services typically include:
- Prospecting Chilean publishers against agreed criteria
- Providing sample and qualifying lists with metrics and pricing
- Writing native Chilean Spanish content where included
- Outreach and submission for publication
- Reporting live URLs via a shared Google Sheet
You are responsible for approving publishers in your approved pool and for providing brand guidelines, product facts, and legal constraints we need to write accurately.
5. Client approvals and content
Placements proceed only on domains in your approved pool, subject to publisher acceptance. If a publisher rejects a draft or changes terms, we will work from remaining approved inventory or agree alternatives with you.
You warrant that materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights and are not unlawful. You grant us a licence to use those materials to deliver the campaign.
6. Fees and payment
Fees are as quoted for the agreed scope. Invoices are payable according to the payment terms stated on the invoice or proposal. Late payment may pause delivery. Prices may be stated per link, per month, or per project.
Publisher fees and third-party costs, where passed through, are identifiable in proposals or line items. Refunds are handled case by case when a placement cannot be fulfilled from approved inventory after reasonable effort.
7. No ranking guarantees
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Search engines change. Competitors act. Your site quality matters. Our obligation is to deliver the agreed outreach and placement work to a professional standard.
8. White-label engagements
For agency partners, we deliver under your brand when agreed. You remain responsible for your end-client contracts. You must not misrepresent our work as something other than editorial outreach and content placement.
9. Intellectual property
Site design, copy, and branding remain ours or our licensors'. Articles we write for publication may be subject to publisher terms once live. Pre-live drafts remain confidential and may not be reused outside the engagement without permission.
10. Confidentiality
Each party must keep confidential commercial information received from the other, except information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Chilean law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from Site use or services, except where liability cannot be limited (including fraud or willful misconduct). Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months before the claim.
13. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the proposal or by written notice if the other materially breaches these Terms and does not cure within a reasonable period. Fees for work already performed remain payable. Live placements already published typically cannot be reversed by us unilaterally.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Courts of Santiago, Chile, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms for the Site at any time by posting a revised version. For active paid engagements, material changes require written agreement unless the proposal allows updates for legal compliance.
